This SextPanther agency FAQ starts with the platform, because its rules decide what any agency can do for you. The six answers at the bottom cover what SextPanther keeps, when it pays, who may join, AI content, chargebacks and subscriptions. For agencies the headline is simple: SextPanther has banned chatters since 21 November 2025, so we never log in or write to fans for you.
What does a SextPanther agency FAQ need to say first?
That you, and only you, run the account. SextPanther’s Model Code of Conduct lists “Allowing a third-party account manager (a ‘chatter’) to engage with users” as forbidden conduct, and its Terms of Service bar sharing the account or giving anyone else access to it.
So we do not log in, do not reply to fans, supply no chatters and put no AI or bots on your profile. Our work happens off the account: pricing and availability plans you set yourself, content planning, and promotion on X, Instagram and other channels within SextPanther’s link rules. Which SextPanther facts are still unpublished?
As of 30 September 2026, SextPanther has not published:
- how creators in the UK and EU are paid, although both are accepted
- price floors or caps for messages and calls
- a tax process for creators without a US tax number, such as a W-8BEN
- the text of the Independent Contractor Agreement signed during onboarding
- fan numbers or total payouts to creators

How were these answers checked?

Frequently asked questions
How much does SextPanther take from creators?
SextPanther keeps a different share depending on how the fan pays. Its Payouts page and site updates, checked on 30 September 2026, give creators 60% of text and media messages, 75% of phone and video calls and 80% of tips. Feed-post unlocks moved from 75% to 80% on 17 February 2026, although the Payouts page still lists the old figure. That leaves the platform 40%, 25% or 20%. Nothing more comes off when you are paid: SextPanther charges no payout fees.
When does SextPanther pay out?
SextPanther pays twice a month. One pay period runs from the 1st to the 15th, the other from the 16th to the month’s last day, and payment is sent 3–5 days after a period closes, according to the creator FAQ read on 30 September 2026. Balances under the $50 minimum roll into the next period. You choose direct deposit (ACH) or a paper check, both free; creators in Canada must take the check. US creators are paid only once a valid W-9 is on file.
Which countries can SextPanther models come from?
Checked on 30 September 2026, SextPanther’s requirements page lists four eligible places, and it is citizenship that counts: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Australia shows as coming soon, with a waitlist open. You also need to be at least 18, show identification and bring an audience you have already built, whether on X, Instagram or another adult site. According to SextPanther, staff read applications daily, and an approval normally arrives in 1–2 business days.
Is AI content allowed on SextPanther?
No. SextPanther’s AI content policy states that AI-generated content is not allowed on the platform, and since 21 November 2025 its Model Code of Conduct has also forbidden using AI or bots to engage with users. Both were checked on 30 September 2026. Generated photos and videos are out, and so is any tool that writes replies to fans in your name. SextPanther says accounts that break its policies risk restricted features, up to a full suspension.
What is SextPanther's chargeback protection?
Chargeback Protection is SextPanther’s policy for payments a fan later reverses through their bank or card issuer. It covers up to $2,500 USD per month in chargebacks for each model account, and applies to messages, phone calls, video calls and content unlocks made through SextPanther.com. Tips are reviewed case by case. Refunds SextPanther grants a fan itself, most often for a message left unanswered, are handled separately as negative adjustments. Does SextPanther have subscriptions?
No. SextPanther publishes no subscription or fan-club product. Fans buy SextPanther Credit, at 1 credit to $1.00, and spend it one interaction at a time: each message they send, each minute on a call, each locked post or message they open, and each tip. The purchase screen labels a credit purchase a one-time, non-recurring payment. Income therefore rests on fans coming back to spend again.
