SextPanther Glossary
Last updated
This SextPanther glossary defines twelve words from the platform’s creator dashboard, its Payouts page and its Model Code of Conduct. SextPanther has no subscriptions: fans buy credits and pay per message, per call minute or per unlock, so most of its vocabulary is about prices, replies and visibility. Every definition was checked against SextPanther’s own pages on 30 September 2026.
What does the SextPanther glossary cover?
Twelve terms in four groups, each defined so it can be read on its own.
| Group | Terms | Where it shows up |
|---|---|---|
| Money | SextPanther Credit, tip, post unlock, Chargeback Protection | What fans spend and what reaches your payout |
| Pricing and replies | Per-message rate, minimum call time, guaranteed response, mass message | Settings you control and the rules attached to them |
| Visibility | Trending, Top Models, Online Now | The pages fans browse to find creators |
| Profile rules | My Links | The one place external links are allowed |
Two entries can cost money if they are ignored. Under the guaranteed response, a fan can ask for a refund when a paid message sits unanswered for 24 hours. My Links is the only part of a profile where a link to another site is allowed.
One word is missing on purpose. “Chatter” is not a service on SextPanther: the Code of Conduct has banned third-party chatters since 21 November 2025, as our page on the SextPanther chatter rules explains. For how these pieces fit together, read how SextPanther works or begin with what SextPanther is. Fees and payout timing are answered in the SextPanther agency FAQ.
- Chargeback Protection
Chargeback Protection is SextPanther’s cover for a creator when a fan reverses a payment through their bank or card company. It pays for up to $2,500 USD in chargebacks per model account each month, across messages, phone calls, video calls and content unlocks bought on SextPanther.com. Tips are reviewed one by one. A refund for an unanswered message is a different thing and is deducted as a negative adjustment.
- SextPanther Credit
SextPanther Credit is the in-app currency a fan buys with real money and then spends on a creator: per message, per call minute, on locked content and as tips. SextPanther’s creator FAQ sets its value at 1 credit = $1.00 USD. Signing up as a fan is free, and buying credits is the only step that asks for payment details. Fans who have never bought any cannot add more than five models to their contacts.
- Guaranteed response
Guaranteed response is SextPanther’s promise to fans that every paid message gets an answer. A creator has 24 hours to reply; after that the fan can request a refund for the unanswered message, and it comes off her earnings as a negative adjustment. Since 8 January 2026 an emoji reaction does not count as a reply. The reply has to come from the creator herself, because SextPanther bans chatters.
- Minimum call time
Minimum call time is the shortest phone or video call a SextPanther creator bills for, set next to her per-minute rate. If a call connects and the fan hangs up early, she still earns the minimum. A phone-call minimum can be set to 10 minutes at most (site update of 11 December 2023), and since 17 July 2025 the setting can be changed at any time. Calls pay the creator 75%.
- My Links
My Links is the section of a SextPanther model profile where external links are allowed. The Model Code of Conduct forbids posting external links anywhere else, and the creator FAQ adds that creators may not promote other chat apps or payment services such as Snapchat, Venmo or Cash App. Promotion on other sites can send fans to the profile; the profile points outward only through My Links.
- Online Now
Online Now is a SextPanther discovery page for creators who are currently on the site, next to the separate pages for phone and video calls. SextPanther’s own guide says that staying active moves a creator toward the top of all three. Turning on call availability without being ready to answer calls is forbidden by the Model Code of Conduct, so the setting should match when you can actually pick up.
- Mass message
A mass message is one message sent at the same time to all of a creator’s fans on SextPanther, or to a group she picks. SextPanther suggests using it to start conversations and share teaser media. Mass messages can be edited after sending (since 5 December 2024), and since 29 September 2026 media mass messages can expire after 24 hours, 2 days or 7 days. No separate payout rate for them is published.
- Per-message rate
The per-message rate is the price in credits a fan pays each time they send a SextPanther creator a message, whether text, audio, picture or video. The creator sets it along with her availability and receives 60% of it; SextPanther’s own FAQ example is a $1.25 rate earning 75 cents per message. Since 9 September 2024, prices can be changed every 8 hours instead of every 24.
- Post unlock
A post unlock is a fan paying credits to open a locked post on a creator’s SextPanther feed, which can also appear on the Explore page. The creator sets the price. Since 17 February 2026 SextPanther pays creators 80% of feed-post unlocks, up from 75%, although its Payouts page still shows the older rate. From the same date, locked posts can carry a teaser of 5 to 30 seconds.
- Tip
A tip on SextPanther is a voluntary payment of credits from a fan to a creator. The Terms of Service say tips must not be given in exchange for specific services, while the creator FAQ says custom videos are paid by tip, collected before the video is made. Creators keep 80% of every tip, so a $15 tip earns $12. Chargeback cover for tips is decided case by case.
- Top Models
Top Models is SextPanther’s list of the 100 creators fans have spent the most on in the current month. Rankings follow fan spending rather than creator earnings and reset on the 1st of each month. The top 10 rotate through the Featured Model slot on the SextPanther home page, and the top 50 each month receive a bonus, from $50 up to $1,500 for first place.
- Trending
Trending is SextPanther’s leaderboard of creators, ordered by how many credits fans have spent on each one over a rolling three-hour window, with the order recalculated every 30 minutes. Before 24 February 2026 that window covered a full day. So the list shows who earned this afternoon, not who had the best month. Pushing yourself up with tips from a second account you control breaks the Model Code of Conduct.
