SextPanther Account Managers

Written by Sophia Brecht Published Last updated

A SextPanther account manager who logs in and talks to fans for you is against the rules. Since 21 November 2025 the Model Code of Conduct forbids letting a third-party account manager engage with users, and the Terms forbid giving anyone access to your account. Help that stays off the account is still allowed: advice you apply yourself, content work and promotion elsewhere. Checked on 30 September 2026.

Can a SextPanther account manager log in for you?

No. SextPanther’s Terms of Service say you “must not sell, rent, lease, share, or provide access to your account to anyone else”, and its policy page expects accounts “to be operated by the person approved during the application process.”

The same policy page is blunt about managers: “third-party account managers have no place on SextPanther.” The product offers no workaround either. SextPanther publishes no agency programme, no team seats and no delegated access, and its documentation describes the model dashboard as your own. LoyalFans, by contrast, has built-in delegated accounts, as our SextPanther vs LoyalFans comparison shows.

What can a manager do, and what is off limits?

Anything that happens outside the account and that you act on yourself is allowed. Anything that puts another person, or software, in your inbox, your calls or your login is not.

TaskAllowed?Why
Advice on per-message and per-minute pricesYesPerformers set their own prices; you enter them
Planning call windows and minimum call timesYesYou switch availability on, and must answer while it is on
Planning mass messages and locked contentYes, as a planYou write and send them from your own login
Content planning, shooting and editingYesOff the account; AI-generated content is banned
Promotion on X, Instagram and other sitesYesWithin those sites’ rules; on SextPanther, links go only in “My Links”
Logging in, or holding your password or 2FA deviceNoTerms 4.2 forbid sharing or providing access
Replying to fans or taking calls as youNoThe Code of Conduct forbids chatters since 21 November 2025
AI or bot repliesNoForbidden since the same date
Tipping your profile from a fan account to boost rankingsNoSelf-boosting is forbidden
Moving fans to payment or chat appsNoGetting around SextPanther’s billing is forbidden

The Terms add a point that matters for any arrangement: everything done under your account counts as your own act, “with or without knowledge”. If a manager breaks a rule on your account, you are the one disciplined.

What should a SextPanther agency contract say?

It should name the off-account tasks, state that the manager never gets your login, base the fee on money SextPanther actually pays you, and let you leave cleanly.

Four clauses do most of the work:

  1. Scope. List the tasks, for example a monthly pricing review, a content plan and posting on your X account, and add one sentence saying the manager will not access, operate or message from your SextPanther account.
  2. No credentials. You share numbers, such as a screenshot of last month’s earnings, never logins or two-factor codes. SextPanther pays you directly by ACH or check, so a manager has no reason to touch payout details.
  3. Fee base. SextPanther keeps 40% of message revenue, 25% of call revenue and 20% of tips and feed-post unlocks. A percentage of what fans spent is a bigger number than a percentage of what reaches you, so the contract should say which one applies, with a worked example.
  4. Exit. A notice period counted in days, no penalty, and no claim on your earnings after you leave.

For context, SextPanther’s CEO told The Hollywood Reporter in 2024 that agencies “lock creators into contracts and then burn out the users in a three-month revenue play”. A manager who never had your password cannot hold it back when you leave, one practical reason the off-account model protects you. Our published range is 30%–60% of revenue, scaled to scope and agreed in writing, with no upfront fees; the exact rate for the narrower SextPanther scope is set in writing before signing. What other agencies charge is covered in what SextPanther agencies charge.

What are the red flags when an agency offers to run your SextPanther?

Any offer in which someone else becomes “you” on the account: a request for your password or 2FA code, a promise of replies around the clock, or an “AI chatter”.

Other warning signs:

  • a claim that the chatter ban is not enforced, or does not apply to them
  • a guaranteed place on Top Models or Trending, both of which depend on fan spend nobody can promise
  • a request to switch your payout to an account they control
  • setup fees, paid training or a content package before any work starts
  • a long lock-in with an exit penalty
  • a plan to move fans to PayPal, Cash App or another chat app

If someone already has your login, change the password and turn on two-factor authentication, which SextPanther supports by SMS or Google Authenticator.

Does SextPanther offer creators its own help?

Yes. Its apply page lists free one-on-one coaching with Model Coaches, live monthly webinars, and mental health resources through Pineapple Support and Sunshine Wellness.

A paid manager has to add something beyond that. In our case it means pricing and availability plans built on your own numbers, content planning, and promotion outside SextPanther, as set out on our SextPanther management page. Our case studies come from OnlyFans accounts where chat was part of the work; on SextPanther we apply only the parts the rules allow. Why we provide no chatters here is explained on the SextPanther chatter rules page.
