SextPanther Requirements

The SextPanther requirements are short and strict. You must be 18 or older, provide ID, hold citizenship of the USA, Canada, the UK or an EU country, and already have an established following on social media or another adult site. People at SextPanther review applications every day, and approved applicants usually hear back within one to two business days.

What are the SextPanther requirements to apply?

Four conditions on the application itself, then a contract and a tax step once you are approved. We checked each one against SextPanther’s requirements page and creator guides on 30 September 2026.

Which countries can SextPanther models come from?

The USA, Canada, the UK and the European Union, with Australia marked “Coming Soon” and a waitlist to join. The wording is about citizenship: “You must be a citizen of a supported country or territory.”

That leaves out creators everywhere else, including Switzerland, which is outside the EU and not listed. Canadian creators are accepted but can only be paid by check. UK and EU creators are accepted too, yet SextPanther publishes no payout method for them, so ask support how you would be paid before you build plans around it.

How big does your following need to be?

SextPanther gives no number. The requirement reads: “You must have an established following on social media sites such as X or Instagram, or other adult websites.”

Bunny Agency has no follower minimum of its own, and a small audience is no reason not to talk to us. SextPanther’s rule still applies, and we cannot get anyone past it. How do you become a SextPanther model?

Apply on sextpanther.com, wait for a human review, then finish a short setup before you can earn.

1. Submit the application at sextpanther.com/apply. SextPanther says real people review applications daily.
2. If you are approved, expect to hear within one to two business days.
3. Read and sign the Independent Contractor Agreement. SextPanther asks you to read the entire agreement before signing.
4. Pick a payout method: direct deposit or check in the US, check only for Canadian citizens.
5. If you are a US model, submit a W-9. No payment goes out without one; SextPanther taxes explains the forms.
6. Build your profile. For location you can list just your country or state instead of your city.

For your first 30 days after onboarding, a “New” badge appears on your profile. That is a good window to have prices, call minimums and availability settled; how SextPanther works walks through credits, rates and calls.

What are the profile photo rules?

Profile photos must be free of nudity, including censored or implied nudity, and may not show visible sex toys. They may not contain text or characters either, and since March 2025 they may not imitate SextPanther’s interface or site design.

Which themes are prohibited on SextPanther?

The Model Code of Conduct bans a list of categories outright, and the Terms add their own content standards. The Code’s list includes escorting and in-person meetups, paid or unpaid; hypnosis; incest themes; age play; race play; blackmail or threats of blackmail; and extreme BDSM.

Business rules count as much as themes. You may not sell or send physical goods, take payment outside SextPanther through services such as PayPal, Venmo or Cash App, or post external links anywhere except the “My Links” section of your profile. AI-generated content is not allowed at all. If a co-performer appears in your content, you keep your own records of their consent and age, on a form SextPanther provides. Can someone else run your SextPanther account?

No. SextPanther expects model accounts “to be operated by the person approved during the application process”, bans sharing login details, and since 21 November 2025 forbids third-party chatters and AI or bots from engaging with fans.
